Recipe: Bernando’s SuperFood Smoothie

“I make a smoothie everyday, as it supplies all my body’s needs. My recipe is very simple. I take freshly squeezed orange juice for the nutritional value, one heaped tablespoon of Dr. Schulze’s SuperFood powder (which includes just about every nutrient needed by the body), one banana, a generous handful of berries such as blueberries, blackberries or strawberries, and a teaspoon of garlic paste. Blend this in the blender until smooth, and drink it everyday. If you make it the way I say it, it will taste good and be good for you. If you find the odor of garlic on your breathe is a problem, add a tablespoon or more of fresh parsely into your blend.”
